Robin Golivesky is an experienced attorney with a demonstrated history of working in the insurance industry. She represents people who have suffered workplace injuries and has strong legal professional skills in legal writing, claim resolution, trials, and risk management.
Before opening her own practice, Ms. Golivesky worked as a Senior Attorney at Travelers, focusing on worker's compensation, subrogation, and other litigation. She represented clients in both State and Federal Court in major loss cases. Prior to her time at Travelers, Ms. Golivesky served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Workers' Compensation Section for the Department of Law, State of Georgia.
